Doctorate/ Publications

After the second state examination Florian Wilkes earned his doctorate under Prof. Dr. Klaus Adomeit at the Freie Universität Berlin  with a publication on  legal law theory, written about one of the most important philosophers of the 20th century, John Rawls, Harvard, USA.

In 2008 the renowned C.H. Beck publishing company in Munich released his paper "Basic Judicial Principles for Fitness to Drive for the Sick or Injured" ("Juristische Grundlagen für die Fahreignung bei Krankenheit oder Verletzung").



In 1991 Dr. Florian Wilkes established himself as an attorney in Berlin.  He is a member of the Bar Association of Berlin (RAK Berlin) and was approved by the Superior Court Justice in 1996. His office is located on Bruno Möhring-Str. 3, 12277 Berlin.  Along with offering his service to clients, Dr. Wilkes trains interns in his office.
